Nirman Trust is dedicated to uplifting the most marginalized and disadvantaged communities. We focus on empowering those who often face the greatest challenges in life. Our target communities include:
Dalith and Most Backward Communities: We stand with those engaged in dry land agriculture, small-scale farming, agricultural labor, and various manual labor occupations, offering them opportunities for growth.
Fishing and Salt Pan Workers: We support the livelihoods of fishing and salt pan workers, recognizing their vital role in our coastal communities. Beedi Rollers: We provide assistance to beedi rollers, enabling them to secure a better future for themselves and their families.
Palmyra Climbers: Our efforts extend to Palmyra climbers, assisting them in improving their quality of life.
Special Groups: We are committed to the welfare of special groups, including Gypsies, Snake catchers, Leprosy-affected individuals, Children, Persons with Disabilities, and those affected by HIV.
Our target audience encompasses a broad spectrum, from children and adolescent girls to elders, youth, and women. We believe in inclusivity, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive.
